Hey folks,
I just got a message from my manager asking about my location, and he wants me to report to a different site. The thing is, that location is pretty far from where I currently am.
Got me thinking — does reporting to a different location while you’re already on a project impact internal ratings, performance reviews, or how you’re evaluated?
Curious to hear what others have experienced. Have you ever had to switch locations mid-project? Did it affect anything for you?
The CG leaders are so selfish that they want everyone to report to the offices that are situated in metro cities. They have their ancestral homes there, so asking everyone to come there. The offices are opening in tier 2 cities for a reason. But these self centred shitty people don't understand that.

I know a person who is diligent withe her work and always accepts back to back work from manager. She was given 3 star rating by blaming that she missed to come to office just by one day in one of the month and people who reported for just 3 or 4 days were given 1 star. Now you decide how it will be.
