Trending @Capgemini; Does anyone got retained in Capgemini due to critical resource? Please your experience!

It was a pathetic experience. They don't follow what they commit in writing.
1.You will get a hike from next month of your LWD though they will commit for first month of notice. 2. If you have any other offer, then only they entertain your retention. 3. HR, don't reply to your emails if you follow up. 4. Revision letter will be provided very late in next month. 5. Hike will be less than the other offer you showcased so better to present good offers.

Yes i have offer with and client director is ready to increase my billing band and ready to retain. Just wanted to know how the process starts starts after resigning in CG. So as per your detail message i can understand that its very delayed process, better to find counter offers

Yes another point is what they will offer will have a decent amount of retention bonus so your CTC will be still low. Try to negotiate on that too

I got retained last year
I was holding offer of 8.3L and current CTC in CG was 4.5L
After Retention they offered 7.3L
Which I thought is decent since I don't have to move to a different city
Retention process is quite lengthy
They'll confirm you around 1 or 2 weeks before your LWD

So when they approach for retention?

If I resigned and revoked my resignation after discussion with the manager can anyone suggest if there is any cooling period or when I can resign again
