Trending @Capgemini; Does anyone else face this...

So, this is a very stupid thing from my part. I joined CG as a fresher on last dec of 2023. I am in a project from Aug 2024. They make me work so much (I like the work that I do but yeah it takes so much of me), they gave me 1 rating but no hike.. not even of a single penny. No promotion as well. But still I feel very guilty whenever I am taking leaves, sick leaves or I am not able to do some work around the deadline. If I laze around for an hour or 2 on working days. I feel so stupid to feel guilty on all these things. Basically I feel guilty for feeling guilty. Why is this? Does anyone else face this?
