Trending @Capgemini; Do the heads in the organization ever take feedback from employees?

Please DO NOT mention PULSE survey! I think it's of no use.

I feel the organization just comes up with some stupid policies, implements them, and expects everyone to blindly follow them without knowing the impact.

Do they ever consider taking feedback from employees, be it in implementing Hybrid/WFO, about the appraisals, different shitty processes, all the mandatory learnings etc. etc.

Or even the positives like work life balance, client/project, learnings etc.
