Trending @Capgemini; Dissappointed that my rating from 2 has been dropped to 4 for no back to office. C1 grade.
Does anyone get the same response from BU HR. Feeling demotivated even though gave 100% to the company. No Variable Pay and no hike.
Last time I got Succeeding even though I worked good in my project at least i expected 2 but the manager gave me good feedback and convinced me.
Which BU are you from?? I thought the rating was fixed but how can it drop from 2 to 4😞.
Yeah it should be fixed but was dropped due to zero back to office compliance. I am from I & D INDIA_FS BU
When you come to know about its 4...becaus erating release in Feb month only
I got to know when i checked GETSUCCESS in March month, I didn't get my Advance Variable Pay too, so I have followed up with BU HR and got to know that in February I will get to know the reason why I didn't get Advance Variable Pay.
