Trending @Capgemini; Deducted 7leaves suddenly bcoz of wfo
Hello guys, I was on project till 12 March and from 12 March till today I am on bench. I am associate consultant B1 grade. Yesterday I got mail that I haven't completed 12 days in February month. Only completed 5days so I need to put 7days leaves in Feb month otherwise they will deduct salary of 7days with unauthorized absence. It's so depressing because I was the only person coming in office from my team. Also I was in project in Feb month so they could track after 12 March where my bench period started. Even my manger not helping me in this case. So depressing 😞.
Same thing happened to me, I was on project till Feb 24 but they sent me same mail to apply 3 leaves as i went 9 days in that month
Btw please try to go to the office if you are on the bench
Luckily in my case we just had received a warning mail. Not actual action was taken against us
If you are on bench then please try to go office as you are not working in project
i had to applied 12 leaves for not reporting. 🥲
