Is there is any way to get onsite opportunity in CG?
My unit is dcx web ui, Chennai dcx location manager "Nandakumar" who is too cruel with the employee and he is not even initiating the H1B for the employee, he is adding the person name list who is buttering to him.
Is there any way to get the onsite opportunity from the other unit?
First of all don't name any person directly here, due to the privacy and safety of your own. Someone buttering his arse might track you down.
Secondly, from my experience when it comes to getting opportunities like this it all comes down to how good your relationship with team members is. Sometimes the inner connection with the team helps you better without licking someone's arse
