Trending @Capgemini; Crying out loud inside

I really hate my current project which I joined 6months back. The tech is different from what I was trained but I try to learn it. The work load is high and lots of politics. The main issue is language, my team is in North and I'm in south and they all speak in different language in meeting despite being informed of my language limitations multiple times. I feel frustrated and wanted to resign.

But what if the next project is similar or even more worse. I need a long break from work but my inferiority complex says you are not fit to handle these normal things as this happens everywhere and to everyone. On the other hand, I feel exhausted and done with everything around me and want to sleep peacefully.

Same issue here as well !! Joined here as b2 in Aug 2024 after 3 months got project but tech stack is totally different and it's support project & ofcourse politics are there !! So waiting for 1 year to complete in this Capgemini so I can easily switch to another org without questions like why you trying to switch very early or don't want to make short stint in my resume

Is that much easy ? RMG can allocate to another project without interview ? What if I didn't clear it

Try to be friends with your team members it will help you to work life balance and keep your foot forward it will work even I tried the same.

Take a break for a week, everything will be alright, initially it will be tough but once you get the grip of the project then you don’t feel the language barrier.
