Trending @Capgemini; Couldn’t able to switch

Capgemini is my first company, i worked here for 3+ years in automotive domain. I couldnt able to switch because of lack of exposure to projects. I am on bench from past 6-7 months with no project. They refer the resume which is not at all relatable to my skillset and ask to give interview. If i give interview and interviewer say that they are looking for different skills. Feeling pressured and self doubt is raising drastically. I couldnt able to concentrate and make decision what to do. I tried to search outsider but no openings . My Salary is around 5lpa. I know its not enough for my role still couldnt able to do anything . Anyone have suggestions how to get out of it? Help!
