Trending @Capgemini; Confused If I am on bench or not

Hey everyone,

I joined Capgemini on April 15th this year. Before they released the offer, I was asked to attend client interviews, which I fortunately cleared.

As soon as I joined, I was assigned to an account, but after a week, I learned that the project requirements had changed and I was no longer needed for the project. They then arranged another set of interviews (one technical and one managerial). I cleared the technical interview but not the managerial one.

It's been two weeks now, and no one has connected with me regarding a new project. It's been 35 days since I joined, and I've only been engaged for two days (one for joining and one for laptop collection). The account I am tagged to doesn’t have any ODC, and everyone works from the client site.

I am really confused am I on bench? Or something else.
