Trending @Capgemini; Conflict with offers

It's been a week since I joined a company as a software developer with a 7.5 lpa package.

while I was interviewing a month before my joining, there was a company for which I was sure that I would get the offer as they had good feedback for me during the interviews. But I didn't get the callback from that company and now almost after a month I received a call from them and they are offering 13 LPA.

They are willing to give offer letter by today EOD.

What should I do?

That said how much is ur total exp? And which is the current company? If its a good company and u might wanna come back again someday...then u might not want to abscond bcoz some companies blacklist employees who abscond...so think wisely

What's the notice period situation at your current company?

The LWD of the last company was the 1st week of the May and It’s been just 5 days…I haven’t received any training/kt from the current company.

This happens to me , I was working HCL when capgemini comes to me after 3 month of joining. I did ressgined from there and joined capg. Bcuz toxic project it was but in your case ctc is the thing. I'll suggest beyond ctc compare multiple things and then see. If you still feel that you should leave then put resignation or you can abscond it if you want but it might impact PF account and you will not be able to join same organization in future. Happy path put resgination or work for 1 year then resgin
