Trending @Capgemini; Concern about promotion.

Hi folks,

I'm working in this organisation since 2 years. I got onboarded on Nov 2022. Since after 3 months training I was transferred to the non-billable project. I was forced to work on non-billable tasks. I've spent my 6 to 7 months in that project. Later I was placed on the bench for the new project. Suddenly after 1 month I got deployed into the billable project. I've completed here almost 7 8 months in this new project. My friends who joined were onboarded with me got promotion letter in last 2 months and they got promoted. Those are my same friends who were also involved in previous non-billable project. They are promoted to senior analyst. But I don't even got the promotion letter till now. Everything is same. But they got promoted and I'm still waiting. Is there something I'm lacking behind. This is truely frustrating. Whenever I talk with my immediate manager regarding this he says " Mere haath me kuch bhi nahi hai ". Even after completeing 18 months this is what I really deserve ?

I've gaved my almost 2 years & 2 months for this organisation. Please let me know if I'm missing something so it is affecting my promotion and career growth.
