Trending @Capgemini; Compulsory 12 days for Promotion?
Is it absolutely to get 12 days every month wfo to get 1 rating? I currently average out on 10 days per month wfo, can I be eligible for 1 rating? I’m a billable resource and my manager is chill as well to give me 1 rating. Please let me know anyone…

BTO has nothing with 1-2 rating.. Billing, top performance and learning matters.
Even if u not compliance and coming to office 12 days a month, still they will give you 3 rating for other reasons..
My colleague was BTO complaint every month (used to come 6-7 days monthly) still he got rating 1 as bcoz of his work, client gave more billing and extended contract with capgemini(mostly bcoz of him)..
Manager will tell 12 days will give you rating 1 and promotion but this is all bluff..

If we are taking billing and performance into consideration then I am up to the mark with that, hopefully BTO does not degrade my rating!

It will degrade your rating, as it turns out, the manager sends the correct rating from their end, but due BTO non-compliance, as it goes higher up in the hierarchy, your rating is expected to be deprecated, however there's a chance that they might not consider it if the non-compliance is there for a few months in a year, not if there are multiple reds, you are expected to face those repercussions as a consequence! :(

Your average doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is either your BTO days are completed in a month or not or else HR will see only red marking in months. My people manager has shown me BTO compliance looks only in 2 ways to them either Red or Green.

So there’s no hope of getting 1 rating is what you’re concluding right!

10 is good enough but yes it matters last year many people didn't get a promotion hike due to bto non compliance

Well, your manager can give you 1 rating but HR can reduce your rating if they want without any proper explanation
