With the reference of project manager will compensation get increase? If yes what is the procedure
What do u mean? Like your manager can get ur compensation increased? Apart from giving ratings during appraisal, is there such process? Even I'm looking for same lol
Not sure but as project manager they must have some authority and if they recommend the respective team would consider it
Being a favorite puppy of the manager seems to be the only way to get a significant compensation increase, good increment, and promotions at Capgemini. It appears that merit and performance, such as good feedback from clients and meeting all eligibility criteria, take a backseat.
The concept of not having your project manager give you your annual ratings is just beyond me. I mean I get the idea of having a people manager, but how can someone rate your work when you've barely spoken to them the entire year?
