I am B1. Just received the compensation letter in Getsucesss , which is disappointing despite an exceptional rating. Is there any possibility of a promotion too, and it so when will that reflect?
Same here. I resigned after seeing the numbers.
Previously it was 5.7 and got a rating of 2 and now it is revised to 6.2.
But for 4 YOE it is underpaid so I already started looking outside.
Maybe I should wait a few more days to get the promotional mail for Q2. But Nothing is going to change. The max of 6.8 I will get still is not up to market standard.

Speak with your n+1 , it depends on BU and it's budget to let people promote to next grade. Justify your work and contributions ..I'm sure they will listen
All these things were already done from my end...but these guys are motivating us to leave the company 😊
How you guys calculating monthly increment?
