Compoff means when you work on holidays you can take holiday/leave for another day.

When u work on the weekend apply unscheduled tasks in replicon ,get approval
compoff will be automatically added for that day

Yes you can. There's an option of compoff in Replicon while applying leave. Check with your manager for the process
