If we are working on a public holiday like 2nd Oct then we have raised the request for Unscheduled Hours in Replicon. Later we can take comp off on our choice. Right?
My question is shall we get double pay as well or just comp off itself...?

No....its applied to all national holidays....means 1st may, 15 august, 26 jan and 2nd oct......both double pay plus comp off
We get double pay and comp off both.
It's dependenting on ur n+1 @EnormousLava91 normally who worked on national holidays they will get double pay(if u see holiday calendar 2025 you can see 10 holidays for each location in that common holiday will be considered as double pay). Comp-off should not be provided normally as policy.
I guess we get double pay for only 3 days - Labor Day (1st May), Independence, and Republic Day.. Labor day double pay is 100% sure. I have received it once. Need to check on other 2.
Rest public holidays are normal comp off leaves only.. No double pays
No, not only for a few days. Double pay will be applicable for all the national holidays (as per your location calendar).
