So how hard are these client interviews in Capgemini? I just joined recently. I heard that the client interviews are so tough and many people are on bench - esp Java resources. How long is safe in bench for gardes like b1 and b2? Man clearing the technical interview itself was tough and this adds on top of that. Please share your experiences too….
5 months for b2
I joined here as lateral with 4 YOE B2 grade after spent 10 months in project asked self release from project because of support project and toxic culture I hope RMG gives sufficient time to find another project
I have seen Some people joined as java resource in scb projects in feb2025 and they got released in June 2025 .Now they got new project yesterday.Projects are so short term we cannot see any stability here.
Yeah. Client interviews are tough. I know people they joined with me. We were group of 6 people. 1 got fired due to bgv. 1 changes based location due to project unavailability. 1 got scb after so long time without any interview. 1 got fired after 5 months as he didn't clear 2 client interviews. They gave only 2 chances.and other person and me got client project. That too we were able to clear it in the first attempt.CG don't look to empty once they joined org. After 5 months they will come and say u didn't get project we are releasing u. Very Poor management about projects.idk whats the role of staffing partner in cg.completely useless fellows.
