Trending @Capgemini; Clarification on Project Assignment Status and Risk of Termination
I joined Capgemini in April and participated in two client interviews, but unfortunately, I was not selected. It has been two months since my joining, and I have not been assigned to any project. Could you please clarify if there is any risk of termination due to this situation? But in my Replicon it shows me a project code. What should I do??

Don't worry work hard like
I had faced the same situation but fortunately I had cleared the second interview

May be it’s bench code not project code . If u don’t get any project based on your profile please search outside and be safe .Else u need to connect with people and search for the project internally.

No, it's a project code. The reporting manager also told me I was assigned to a project and not on the bench. Last month, I filled out my timesheet for NBT, but at the end of the month, they asked me to fill out the timesheet for billable tasks.

Boss it’s unofficial code dude . But under RMG ur status is ur still on bench .

Project code doesn't mean you are tagged in a project. It depends if you are tagged in a billable project or not. If it is a billable project you are safe. If not you might get a mail of PIP (Performance improvement plan) which I have heard of. If you don't clear PIP there is a chance of termination. I am also unaware of the PIP process in detail, suggest you check with someone.

Sure Thanks

I’m also having the same situation. Someone please advice on this how to tackle the situation?
