Could you please confirm if joining the client directly is allowed in capgemini or if there are any issues related to it? Also, where can we find the policy details and the cooling-off period details?

@Devdkumar I think when we join the client project then only we sign these details. But I cannot say for sure.
Are you getting offers from clients to directly join them ?
