I want to change my base location Mumbai to Pune , I already asked my managers about it and they are fine with it. Can you help me by telling me where I raise a request for laptop remote pickup , it's from the office only or can give my pg's address in Pune also.
You can change based location only after you get official mail from HR. Did you get that?
Once your location is officially changed, you can raise a remote pickup request from service central. You can give any address provided you'll be available at the address when the courier guy will come to collect your laptop

Once your base location is changed then you need to visit there in office to collect the machine tagged to that particular location and once you get it then you can submit service central ticket to surrender your current laptop and that will be picked up from the address which you mention in ticket.
