Changing BU is difficult in Cg.

BU people won't release you. They just focus on hiring employees in the BU every year to complete the target.

Changing BU is very difficult. Your BU management will not allow you to change it as they have invested on you . Either go for switch or upgrade your skills being in bench and switch.
