Trending @Capgemini; CG Revenues

Just saw the CG revenues for the quarter and the share prices for the last 6-12 months. It's so bad .why isn't anyone in the CG's higher management thinking about these things ? All they care about is cost cuts for small - small things. Also from my interaction most of the top management are so below average and act like some highly skilled techies just calling for a meet and not being productive.
