I was filling the timesheets today and noticed there's a new field "Place of Work" - office or home. Why? Just why?
What is it that you get when asking your own employees to forcefully come to office and meaninglessly spend hours & hours in the offices that can't even accommodate everyone? What is it that you get by all this tracking?
Who the hell is making these policies, and who's getting benefitted?
Seriously it's irritating.. They don't have space to accommodate people.Parking is always full. No cab facility in the 1-10:30 shift. What's the productivity here?All the team members are working from different locations. Just going to the office to attend the meetings virtually.
exactly!! No one seems to notice this, or they're just ignoring this. It's so not productive
I checked on Replicon yesterday
We are filling timesheet for per week basis right?
So I think people working in hybrid mode can put Office
People having complete wfh can put Home
And people working in client location can put Client
I've also raised a ticket to clarify this doubt
