Hey guys,
I'm working at Capgemini as a QA tester right now, but I really want to move into the development side.
I'm a bit confused about the roadmap and would love some advice.
What skills/tech stack should I start with?
Any good courses/resources you'd recommend?
How can I get some hands-on development experience while being in QA?
Also, any tips for interviews when switching roles?
If anyone has been through this or has some guidance, please share. It'll mean a lot

I am working as QA, but lot of my friends dared to switch roles and most of them are doing great. They didn't have hands on experience but they learnt the theory and were sometimes worked along with any of their developer friends to get to know the process and essential knowledge they must possess to work. So yeah just grind and keep trying, there is always a training provided anywhere you go.
