Should i switch to a govt internship in CSIR after working for 9 months in IT company? If i do this, will there be any consequences returning to IT after the internship? Will the companies consider the internship as an experience for Project Associate in CSIR?

It's very difficult that for any company to consider your internship as an experience because of the following reasons:

  1. It's not a full time corporate experience.
  2. Skills involved in Govt internship may not be as relevant as skills required by any IT company.
  3. Difficult in getting a real time corporate project exposure similar to any IT company.
