Am I eligible for promotion or hike in YER 2025?

I have heard from colleagues that in 1st year there's default rating...is it True?

Also, would really appreciate if you guyz shared any tips for me in YER 2025 meeting with my manager

First year you will not get any hike....just focus on your project work only
