It is 12 day mandatory wfo ,whether holidays will count in for wfo.if I go 10 days and in the same month 2 holidays .whether it is counted as 12 days ?

If you have taken 5 PL in the start of the month and still 15 working days are left(22-5=15) then you need to come 12 days to office. Even tough you took PL.

If you have taken 15 PL and only 7 working days are left. Then if you come to office for 7 days then its fine.

This is what I understood from someone who heard it from HR

If there are 20 working days you take 2 leaves n 1 optional holiday then you need to come for 10 days

Public holidays aren't counted. PL is considered.
