Is it just me or our culture is just becoming worse?
Saw someone come in for work. Sit down for 5 minutes and make crass jokes with women and then leave. What even man. I am super disappointed. All the best people I have worked with have either left or are about to leave.
I came here to learn and grow in my career but this is the least ambitious place I have seen in my career.
What do you think?
Even i used to face this situation earlier. But when i built good relationships with the right people, i was able to gain knowledge (aspired). Trust me CG is the best place to learn and build good relationships with the leaders. Use it to build and grow, but dont stay for long.
I guess they are freshers or bench people?

Because it seems like the women they talk to don't seem bothered with this behaviour. Or maybe they are bothered but these men use their undue seniority to pressure people into not complaining about this toxicity.
It happens a lot for me too in that situation I just don’t care about what they are talking about. I switch the place if am not comfortable
