Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini Silent Layoffs

I joined Capgemini three months Back and my profile evaluation was done two times after that I didn't get any project interview calls. Since then I'm still on the bench and people who joined before me are also still on the bench. From a few of the senior folks I came to know that Bench Resource Managers share bench profiles with them for project interviews and give instructions to reject as they should be terminated. Now if I resign will they release me in 30 to 45 days as there are not enough projects. No company will keep experienced people on the bench for a long time so they started lay off saying you don't have proper skill. they are rejecting people intentionally and asking to resign. If we wanted to move out then they are asking to serve 90 days but if they lay off we should leave in 30 days. My friend wants to move but HR said to serve 90 days and go but outside he is having immediate joining calls in less than 30 days. For another person, he was on the bench for more than 90 days then they kept project interviews and rejected his profile so HR asked to resign and go out in 30 days. Even if we resign and request HR also they are asking to request the Bench manager and Capability leader but these people are not releasing in 30 days. These people are playing with employees. Worst situation in Capgemini. One bench manager will say we don't have enough project requirements and other bench managers will say we have project requirements. What they are saying is that even they also don't have an idea.

Same situation with me.. joined in august, hardly got 2 interview calls from that only one for my primary skill. They want only experienced people in the work the project will have. We joined cg to learn new opportunities, but they are asking us to be experienced in that.
