Capgemini hiring more freshers when they not required and also in condition when they are not doing well in market which in turns no hikes for seniors or experienced people and indirectly saying them to leave and we will replace with you from freshers which is not good for ecosystem in IT Industry .

It will use seniors for hiring freshers and giving training and grooming but when it comes to appraisal it will give empty hand for seniors or experienced
