Same happened with me today. First of all, the people’s manager doesn’t have any damn idea about my profile or work. It feels so demotivated to work if this has to be happen. I received same ratings being on bench and grabbing a project and working day and night despite lot of personal limitations. Planning to switch soon, feeling really bad.

Rating and appraisal does not have anything in relation. CAPGEMINI is one of the worst company where rating 1 gets no appraisal and rating 3 gets appraisal and promotions.

If you are dicided to leave company then before regin do Appeal, fight take your deserved ratings and leave the company
