At Capgemini the bench employees are just crap to them. You don’t have any identity. Even if you go to office, no one cares, they will auto apply leave for your days even present in the office. Don’t join Capgemini once u leave. Worst organisation ever.
I have done 3 projects in 3 years in CG. I have found the worst management in 2 out of 3 projects. Office politics on the top.
@KindSpell2 hi if we resign when you are on bench if you are B grade like consultant how many days they are mentioning to serve notice period.

Yes worst experience ever . I too felt the same . The office politics and worst manager i experience the most. Since I have resigned and on a notice period. If anyone will help me to get a new job, it would be very helpful
Also they are not letting to take projects in other BU even when one is on bench for a very long time. Plus mental harassment on top of it.

I think the consulting style is different here. My colleagues working for clients have also shared similar experiences but all this stems from the client side too .
However, one of my internal client , Group IT team has been very good so far in terms of my personal and professional growth as a client.
In bench, people are asked to lie during client interviews just to convert the client . I don't like the time I was in bench , nobody values you.
