I wanted to check if there has been any recent update to the BTO policy. I had taken BTO for 14 days in June, but my Project Manager mentioned over a call that my name appears in the defaulter list.

However, I haven’t received any official communication regarding this. I would appreciate it if someone could help clarify the current policy or guide me on how to get this resolved.

I have taken bto exception due to medical reasons for 14 days for the month of June. Now my manager says my name is in the defaulters list. Now I am confused about what to do?
