I got promoted from A5 to B1 with 2 rating last year. After that I never kept expectation of getting promoted since my manager is changed twice so we didn't had that connect with them. Getting promotion consecutively or within 2 years is very difficult as much as I know. I am feeling career stagnation here now so planning to leave in this year.
