Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini A5 Increments, What’s the Realistic %

Hey everyone, I joined Capgemini last year as a fresher (A5 level), and my first year-end review is coming up soon. I do have plenty of work and contributions to show, but I’m curious, what kind of increment percentages should I realistically expect this year?

A few folks suggested waiting for the hike before exploring other opportunities, but if it’s going to be in the 4–6% range (which honestly won’t even cover petrol these days nor its covering inflation😅), I’d rather start planning my next move.
