Trending @Capgemini; Can we withdraw resignation ?

I am working at client location and the project is not good and I'm not learning anything. I didn't like the work and asked my supervisor to release me from the project, but he didn't release. I reached out to HR but they didn't respond. I resigned from the company. Just incase if I want to take my papers back. Will HR make some issue before withdrawing the resignation ?

As long as your people manager and BU HR approves your withdrawal you can stay, you can put withdrawal even on LWD but they must approve before 4.30pm of your LWD - if not then you will exit if you want or don't want. If they have got your replacement or if you were not a core resource or if you had not so great rapport with your manager - there are chances they will not consider your withdrawal - if you have a strong "why" to stay back and convince them - talk to them first before putting in withdrawal. Also it's best to initiate All these atleast 2 weeks prior to LWD ideally - bcoz it will give time for them to do procedure & get approvals, last moment withdrawal can be a hassle even for them. Do it only if you're absolutely sure - you seem like you don't enjoy it there anyways - then why would you want to stay back - instead focus on getting out to somewhere better, use that time to upskill & bag offers, consider if the current or gives you any relief or retains with some increased pay or if you don't get any offers until the NP ends. All the best!

I was hired for selenium and Java based Automation. But I was allocated to a project which has JavaScript, Typescript based webdriverIO automation framework. And I'm working in a client location, I need some support for getting things automated. At the client location nobody responds even after going and talking to them in person. Forget about asking help virtually. I'm the only automation resource in that project. I'm finding it difficult to get things done, no support, neither from my BU or any intermediate managers. I don't see any learning opportunities in this project and feel I'm not growing here. Just everyday the same old story which is making me lose confidence. I asked for a release and spoke with my supervisor/Manager but he is not considering. Tired of reaching out to HR but didn't get any response. Then I considered resigning from the company.

If no progress in work is client escalating?

If you are billable and going to be billaable for next 6 months..you can withdraw your resignation by last day and PM and BUHR will aprrove but discuss this with your supervisor 2-3 before only.. If you are on bench they consider you are getting out on your LWD

But I don't understand why you want to withdraw the resignation. You should try at other companies. Don't think about the job market. If you think about the worst, then you will take some steps back.

I think you can withdraw before last 2 or 3 weeks. Not sure

If your manager is good and you have good relations with him, then he can pull you back, I don't think HR will give a damn about the employee. Just talk with your manager he can help with that case.
