Trending @Capgemini; Can we switch project?

I have joined recently in new project or client but due to so much workload and not giving leaves though I have leave balance pending wanted to switch..Is that possible?

Switching projects is possible but usually after 18 months. Talk to your manager or HR for exceptions. Workload and leave issues should be discussed with them first.

18 months is not necessary. If you keep on requesting your manager and simply tell them that You can’t work in this project and definitely they will release you.

If we resigned then..can we be released?

It is very difficult to get released from the project. I have tried that also documented everything that happened but no luck or support. At the end, I resigned and left the company
