I got admitted to a Hospital last year in November for 3 days. After that everything went too fast and I did not think to apply for medical insurance claim from CG. Can I still get reimbursed, if I have all the required documents from the Hospital?

As far as I remember, you can claim lasting 1 year but I haven't gone through latest policy of company. You should check once in the policy or maybe just claim it. If they don't they will anyways reject it.

There is a window within which you can claim.you can call cg help desk and ask and tell them medical reason for late submission
