Trending @Capgemini; Can I get released from current project?

I am 3 months old in CG after 8 years of experience in IT(Mostly into Linux and AWS ops). currently working on monitoring and scheduling tasks where i don't feel it is suitable and useful for my future.

I faced the same issue and was able to get released by citing health reasons. I had recently undergone surgery and submitted medical documents explaining that my current shift was unsuitable, as it would negatively impact both my health and productivity.

HR agreed and scheduled a call, during which I further explained my health concerns.

To be honest, the team environment was quite toxic, so I found a valid reason to exit.

A simple and effective approach is to provide health-related reasons along with supporting medical documents or a hospital letter stating that the shift would affect your well-being and efficiency.

Good one , but we don't have any health related issues and project is very toxic, have to work in rotational shifts and not relevant to my skill set. Still thinking how to get out of this hell I joined here as B2 consultant

I'm also working in 24/7 support project since 3 years. But I want to get released from my current project but my manager is not replying to it, he is just ignoring it. I also need an honest opinion on this. Btw I joined in cg as a fresher and in the same support project since then.
