Trending @Capgemini; C2 will be on bench from 1st April

I’m a C2-grade Business Analyst (non-technical/functional) with 9+ years of experience. After working on a project for the past two years, I’ll be on the bench starting April 1st. I informed my N+1 and RMG about this 15 days ago, but there hasn’t been any discussion or interview scheduled yet.

Should I be concerned, or is this a normal waiting period? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

This is normal. You will get calls when you were no longer working in project. Mostly , experienced people will get more calls than freshers. Also, project calls depends on BU. Within a month you may get into project.
