How you got calls from other Bu's?

Actually Bu will try to loan out but won't give you a complete transfer same happened with me in my case other Bu agreed with loaning in instead of complete transfer

Its actually extremely pain in ass process for the HRs since it requires lot of permissions and approvals, if the resource is junior and not a consultant, and unless it is extreme requirement this will not take place, In one of my case the HR's and RMG never processed the application stating various reasons, in other case the managers simply denied that it will take lot of time for the process to complete. For this to happen you need a director level influence to get the job done.
