I’m not regularly going to office from last 6 month. In some month i go for one week. But as of now I didn’t received any warning mail or anything. They are also not going to give that much hike so i am not worried about that part. They only consider these things during the end year review

If u are working from a project location then ok else no hike no promotions less variable
