If u keep repeating you will be terminated even if you are in project.

Don't make it a trend or pattern on continuous basis.
One or other month it's fine

I don't think so... Is there any case of termination? I mean if u are a valuable member in a project, they won't terminate.. they will stop ur promotion, hike etc.. this will make u come to the office.. but yes if someone is on bench they will be asked to resign.. I have seen many people not coming to the office for a year but not terminated or forced to come to the office.. at the end of the day it depends on its manager too..

No HR will ever reply in Capgemini. It's fine if you're not doing 12 days, but go to office every month. Don't miss it often/continuously. If you can't, try to get a BTO Exemption

Start visiting office atleast 10 days in a month and nothing will happen!

Your appraisal/hike is going to get impacted because of this. It's clearly written in the recent comms that came from leadership.
