In March, there are 20 working days and 1 public holiday(31 March). I will be on leave for 3 days, so 60% of the remaining 17 days is 10.2. Should I go to the office for 10 or 11 days? Also, I am staying in the office for only 4 hours per day-will that be an issue? Thanks in Advance.
I had a connect regarding BTO Exemption as my name was under defaulters list. They informed we should stay in the office for 6 hours and it will get counted when we swipe our cards. So I would suggest you better check with your lead or manager on same before getting into any trouble.
10 days is enough.
It is 60% of working days, if there are holidays and leave excluding those days. Net will be working days. If it comes in decimals better add a day more.
No one is gonna check that minutely. If they do, show them your work. If they still don't listen, run from here/switch
