Do practice lead approve bto exemption after N+1 approved it without seeing the reason as my N+1 approved it .Will practice lead will also approve it????

If your exemption is related to medical issue then in that case even if practice lead approves it , cg internal medical team need to give confirmation. If not given in time u may need to reapply the bto exempion. For rest of the case N+1 approval is good enough for practice lead to approve
