Trending @Capgemini; BTO Exemption nonsense

Why there is no provision for applying exemption for past days as well? Why is it like you have to fill BTO exemption before 7 days -14 days, why there is no flexibility in applying for exemption itself??Instead of reforming the BTO exemption policy, they are compelling us to apply leaves for the days we could not go to office but had genuinely worked.. employees deliverables does not matter to these idiots they are only concerned about the days they visited office…

This policy is bullshit. They expect us to apply leaves for emergency situations in advance before 14 days how can I predict my future incidents 14 days before such a worst policy.

Discuss with ur manager n give dates accordingly. Also mention in comment about actual date while submitting exemption.

Don't you think policy is for Antaryami peoples. How can we predict what will happen with us in future. WFH should be applied on that day not before 7 or 14 days. Even as per IT norms and policies our sickness should be cured within a day which is not possible. Humans ko machine bana diya gaya hain.

Your reporting manager has that access of applying bto dates before 7 days and not you. So tell him the exact dates you need and he has the access in the portal to do so.

Reporting manager doesn’t have the access to fill BTO exemption for past dates.I had been in a screen share session with him.. there is no way to fill exemption for those.
