Trending @Capgemini; BTO Exemption.

I am having a medical emergency and need to raise a BTO exemption for this month, but I’m getting an error saying the start date should be at least 7 days in the future. I asked my people manager (N+1) to raise it on my behalf, but he says we have to follow the process and there’s no other option. I haven’t been going to the office for the past two weeks. How can I raise this now? Please help.
