Sure right? They are not considering March 2024 attendance?

I got rating 1. During march,2024 I have gone to office for 9 days but I took 5 days leave. And I have gone to office for 13-14 days during july,august of 2024. Had I been non-compliant would not the HR downgraded my 1 rating? Or there is still a chance that though I got 1 rating still HR would not give me desired hikes based on my march 2024 attendance? From April 2024 the 12 days complaiance started.

same case with me, i’ve not gone to office. received 1 rating( HR did not downgraded it for me). But received a warning mail.
