Trending @Capgemini; Botp is closed positive but on the hr side is pending what will happen

I am bench almost( career start in Capgemini) 1 y on that time there raised botp , rmg said go to project and billable we will closed Now my rating date came may if it will reflect my rating or hr side is any problem ? Plz suggest @managers #capgemini #manager @capgemini
